client during their incarceration.

Facilitate both drug and alcohol and behavioral/emotional treatment programs for clients.

Support individuals in the performance of household/life skills activities such as organizing their structured

living environment and managing their money and time effectively.

Maintain confidentiality of clients’ information and documentation as required.

policies, and laws.

Maintain knowledge of, comply with, and enforce all institutional policies, rules, and procedures.

Supervise and direct staff members to ensure the safe custody, discipline, and welfare of the clients.

Monitor behavior of staff to ensure courteous and professional behavior toward clients.

Perform monthly trainings and evaluations to keep staff members up to date on policies and procedures.
