Vessels, Spars, Semi Submersibles, also Jack up rigs, and Land based
locations. I am currently the HSE Clint Rep. for Chevron Bay Marchand, we
are prepping this land location for a massive amount of product (Crude Oil)
coming into the facility. By this, I mean driving pilings, pour concrete,
fitting up two twenty two thousand barrel sized tanks. In addition, once
the tanks are in place we will be extending the flare booms length away
from the future tanks. In this job scope for me as a Clint Rep., I report
directly to Chevron Safety Manager out of the Covington office. My daily
actions are to conduct pre tower safety meeting/post tower meetings. I
review each JSA and permit to work. Once the paper work is completed and
compliant with OSHA/Chevron expectation, I randomly site visit each work
