Work Experience

Presently I am Working with Polyplast Pvt Ltd(A Unit Of Bata India

Product) Delhi As Quality Manager & Asst Production Manager Since December

2010 to till Now. This Is Around 20 Year Old Organization. They Are into

Manufacturing & Retail Operation of Footwear Export Brand like CROCO.

Manufacturing PVC/EVA/Rubberized/Leather Footwear for Bata India Brands

Like Bata Sparx, Bata Comfit, Bata School, Bata Sandak, Bata Bubble

gummers, Bata Mocassino, Bata and I. My Contribution to the Organization

Are:-

. Proposed new project and completed all tasks and assignment when

requested to do so.

. Conceptualized, Proposed, and produced a research study that serves as

a valuable tool for our industry.

. Searching New Vendor.

. Searching New Contractor.

. Searching for New Material in market.

I have worked with Amar Shoes Noida since January 2010 to December 2010

as a Quality Controller and Line In-Charge in Lasting Department. Which is

around 15 Years old Organization they are into manufacturing and retail

operation of Footwear Brands Like SKIN SIN etc. and exports brands like:-

ZARA,ERAM,CLARK,BUCARDI,ESPRIT,FORNARINA,BINCO,GEOX ETC. My Contribution to

the Organization Are:-
