Mr. Cardenas has headed information technology for several leading high
technology and financial services companies. Mr. C rdenas' focus is on
leveraging leading edge technologies and methodologies (such as Cloud and
Agile) and marrying these with a new way of making IT an integral part of
the overall organization. Mr. Cardenas was a pioneer in personally
deploying Salesforce.com in a global environment for Autodesk as well as
insurance environments before joining Salesforce.com as CIO. Mr. Cardenas
spent 8 years in banking as a business/technology analyst for Wells
Fargo/Crocker Bank and a consultant for Continental Bank of Chicago. Mr.
Cardenas also spent 4+ years implementing a complete SAP suite for Autodesk
and received awards from SAP for for creative use of the SAP suite.

Mr. Cardenas started CGC to focus on project/program management, and system
architecture in start-ups and small business accounts. Customers vary from
tech start-ups to insurance companies. Sample activities include
preparing investment documents for a new insurance start-up (including
complete investment and technical plans), Assisting another start-up
prepare a plan for implementing a SAAS reporting service, and assisting a
manufacturing CIO move toward Salesforce.com and other modern technologies.

years)
Mr. Cardenas' role was CIO for Pacific Compensation Insurance, an insurance
carrier (heavy integration to heath care partners) that continues its
leadership role as the first all cloud supported company in the insurance
space. Mr. Cardenas has moved large portions of traditionally IT supported
functionality into the business to ensure that IT is not just supporting
the business, but is instead making IT just a part of the overall company
team. As a founding member of Pacific Compensations management team Mr.
Cardenas has set records for rapid advanced technology implementations and
has received many industry awards for quick implementation of advanced
technology.
Salesforce.com - SVP and Global CIO (2005 to 2006 - 1 year +)
Salesforce.com is the leading provider of on demand services, including
CRM, Support Automation and the world's first on demand marketplace
(AppExchange). Mr. C rdenas was responsible for establishing a globally
standardized IT function, outsourcing non-core processes, extensive use of
SaaS technology (both Salesforce.com and other leading SaaS vendors) and
developing all new processes and documentation that enabled Salesforce.com
to pass first year Sarbanes Oxley compliance. (Mr. Cardenas was urgently
asked to return to Pacific Compensation to undo changes brought about by
the replacement CIO)
Autodesk - Vice President and Global CIO ( 1998 to 2002 - 4 years +)
Mr. Cardenas served for over four years as Vice President and CIO of
Autodesk, Inc., the fourth largest PC software company in the world. He
consolidated disparate IT functional groups into a Global IT organization,
establishing and leveraging talent in Bangalore, India, Singapore, and
Neuchatel, Switzerland. Mr. Cardenas was instrumental in moving Autodesk
away from a traditional internal data center format toward a nascent pre-
cloud "zero footprint" format. Mr. C rdenas was also a board advisor to
Blue Star Solutions, an SAP service provider that supported "zero
footprint" (later known as SaaS). Mr. Cardenas successfully implemented
integrated worldwide ERP and CRM systems where others failed.
Oracle - Vice President of Information Technology ( 1993 - 1996 - 4 years)
Mr. Cardenas served as Vice President of Information Technology for Oracle
Corporation where he was instrumental in coalescing disparate IT groups
into a global organization. Mr Cardenas changed a country centric
organization that delivered IT services differently in each country to a
worldwide organization to delivered one product worldwide. Mr Cardenas
found an Oracle software landscape that was 4 to 7 versions out of date
(varied depending on country) and moved them to a worldwide organization
delivering up-to-date code from 3 data centers worldwide (UK, Singapore and
US). All of this was accomplished amid the challenges of Oracle's then
unprecedented growth.

Mr. Cardenas served as AVP Senior Consultant for Wells Fargo Bank where he
was responsible for supporting several business groups: Demand Deposit,
Lockbox, Money Market, Wire Transfer, ATM and other areas. The goal was to
leverage advanced platforms where practical.
Berkeley Pump - CIO (1972 - 1982 - 10+ years)
Mr. Cardenas served as CIO for Berkeley Pump (an international manufacturer
of pumps for agricultural and recreational use) where he was responsible
for supporting operations in the US, Canada and India. The goal was to
leverage advanced platforms and utilize automated shop-floor technology
(Cincinnati Milacron) where practical.
