For several years, I was employed by Jacksonville State University as the
P rogram Facilitator of the Social, Emotional, and Wellness Program in Anniston Middle School, in close collaboration with The Public Education Foundation ofAlabama located in Anniston Alabama. During that time, I was the primary teacher responsible for classroom management to ensure a positive learning environment by monitoring with discipline, problem solving, and modelling leadership characteristics to achieve a social, emotional, intellectual, physical development,and personal wellness for at risk children every child once a week.
In addition, I was became employed by The State of Alabama at Coosa Valley
Youth Services in a therapeutic home where I was responsible for ensuring being responsible for maintain daily guidance, motoring, schedules, and to develop lesson plans for group therapy, twice a day. I was to ensure a positive change in the lives of the trouble youth that were court ordered residents to the facility due to drug usage until they could achieve
personal growth that displayed leadership skills through a positive reinforcing therapeutic environment, while maintaining the documentation for every day activity recorded daily.
Then I just recently resigned from my over three years of employment with The State of Alabama working at The Department of Human Resources as a Licensed Social Worker (LBSW) with family and children/adult services by determining if drug treatment and drug test monitoring was needed and then provided in order to promote improving parental protective capacities to educate families on good decision making skills to ensure a healthy and safe environment for every child in the community.
