Installation and troubleshooting and rebuilding 480 volt systems to include motor control systems,
distribution panels, high bay lighting, distribution conveyors, chain tables. Am very knowledgeable of
250 volt DC systems to include, DC motor systems, and especially over head cranes. I have worked on
Cincinnati, Verson presses and also a powder coating line. I worked with many e-stop systems and all
kinds of start stop systems to include 110 volt control up to 480 volt control stators. I have a little
experience in PLCs, genies boards and variable frequency controllers. I have many years experience on
480 volt pendant and overhead operator cranes. My experience also includes all mechanical aspects of the
industry. Roller systems (bearings, rolls, belts, chains and sprockets), anything that is included in the
mechanical aspect of the steel industry. Strong working knowledge of hydraulic and air cylinder systems.
I have many years of stick, and mig welding, and can torch cut with acetylene and natural gas. I know
how to operate all mobile equipment, to include man lifts, tow motor/forklifts, and front end loaders.
