Duties:

Remote monitoring.

Answering / Monitoring supporting calls, email support requests and logging customer incidents.

Provide on-site technical support when needed.

Keep management apprised of critical issues, and customer incidents.

Communicate / Email out tech alerts as necessary.

Provide end user support in various technical matters.

Supporting project managers and other team members as needed.

Assist with the administration and maintenance of end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

Creating web-based graphics, editing, updating.

Weekly database save.

Creating reports for customers.

Trend log, Multi trend log and alarm creation. Alarm monitoring.

Bind wireless sensors into wireless networks. Troubleshooting and updating if necessary.

Lay out wires.

Stock inventory. RMA.

Provide 24/7 customer emergency support by being on-call on a rotating schedule.

Test, diagnose and repair problems in the system and propose relevant solutions.

Additional operational activities as assigned.

Knowledge & skills

Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills

Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio and Outlook), OrcaView 3.33

and OrcaView 3.40 operation work stations, CauZway, general knowledge of Delta GCL+ programming

General knowledge of Inovonics and Delta controls products
