recycling, management. Cleaning and maintenance of common areas (hallways, rooms). Do annual

inspecting apartments.

POST TOSCANA, 389 E. 89th Street, New York, NY April 2005 - January 2013

Handyman

Assured new apartments were to code and "ready" status for new residents through follow through with

work orders. Observed and monitored building boiler system, condenser pumps, peripheral pumps, hot

generator pumps, ejection pumps and sub-pumps for needed maintenance or repair. Troubleshoot various

appliances upon notification of resident issues which includes; a/c units, dishwasher, washing machines or

microwaves.

Accomplishments:

Supervised 199 units in the building and an internal staff of nine members.

Conducted replacements on various kitchen and bath projects as well as maintained domestic water

pumps and circulator pumps and water treatment parts with the boilers when needed.
