Riaz Sulaiman is a dedicated and student focused English Teacher with 15 years of teaching
experience in both public and private schools in South Africa, following the South African
curriculum. In 2004 he was promoted to Head of Department and Head of English in the middle
School and now manages a team of 7 staff members. Riaz is a teacher who creates a learning
environment in which students want to and are able to achieve their best, and are able to identify

Self-description: I am a hardworking and trusted educator who strives to collaborate with all

cultural diversity. As part time service I have offered time at a local Rehabilitation Centre for 3
years as a Psychologist with great experience in working with scholars and adults on substance
abuse and trauma.
