Employed more than 30 staff both paid and volunteer. As the Senior Pastor I worked with all staff to create an organizational

Managed a team of 5 department directors to ensure that the organizations goals and objectives were being met.

Systems management, worked directly with IT team to maintain a technology driven outreach program and a well-integrated
•
enterprise software system. Examples of this are the use of QR codes to allow individuals to directly link to church information
and weekly teaching notes, consistently having a strong Google and social media presence.
Oversaw the organization of reoccurring weekly and monthly meetings led by members of Lifegate Fellowship.

Managed an annual budget of approximately $240K

Reduced yearly operating cost by $24K through facilities sharing agreements with outside organizations.

Built relationship with the Auburn Mayor, Pete Lewis, working as a liaison between his office and other area churches to create a

need focused community outreach program.
Developed and led The Auburn Pastors Fellowship luncheon, which was attended by 13-20 other area leaders.

Recognized for providing mentoring to young leaders.

Regularly provided counseling to individual facing a diverse range of issues from marriage, bereavement, addiction to terminal

illness.
Prepared and present weekly teaching to over 200 people, in addition to speaking at multi-organizational events attended by up to

Project Management
Developed Partnership with South Sound Dream Center to provide community support through educational programs and

economic aid throughout Washington South King County region. Currently over 12% of this regions population is living bellow
the poverty level, this partnership was able to assist several hundred individuals through programs and services.
Expanded Lifegate Fellowships following base through the implementation and utilization of social networking sites Facebook

and Twitter, in addition to making weekly teachings available through ITunes.
Raised $80K through fundraising; these funds were utilized for major facility upgrades and remodels and other projects not
•
covered by the budget.
In August of 2014 I resigned as the Senior Pastor. During the transition I worked closely with all stakeholders to ensure that the

shift of leadership went smoothly, focusing on open communication and re-delegation of responsibilities.
