Description of the project:-

. Using advance modeling technique of Designing & modeling the Component

using as NX9.0.

. Worked on off-shore projects such as Sheet-metal part and also Plastic

components.

. Worked on Seating Systems components. Re-Mastering of Sheet-metal part

and plastic components.

. Understanding the requirements of the costumer and helping designers

with Design intent for Product Development.

. Assisting In co-ordination with others at organizing workshop for

Knowledge Sharing Sessions.

Topic: - Effect of air induction on performance of diesel engine

fuelled with diesel and

Bio-diesel

Duration: - 6 MONTHS

Role: - Team leader

Description of the project:-

. To investigates the effects of air induction on the performance of a

diesel engine using diesel fuel and bio-diesel

. To increase brake power and thermal efficiency

. To reduce the emission levels of CO and HC

. To achieve this phenomena, a naturally aspirated four-stroke direct

injection diesel engine was tested with diesel fuel and neat biodiesel

. The four stroke diesel engine was tested at various load condition by

varing the pressure and velocity of of an Air through centrifugal

type air blower

. The neat bio-diesel which is simarouba oil

. Got first rank in my B.E degree college in Mechanical department.

. Participated in the National Level Project Exhibition.

. Presented in the National Level paper presentation.
