Engaged as Sr. Project Manager for CSCECME’s newly set up Project Management Services division to
implement the estimated 6 Billion Dirham (contract value) mixed residential and retail development by M/s
Oriental Pearls, situated at Meydan, Nadd Ah Shibba, Dubai.
I was tasked to manage the construction phase on behalf for the client by implementing both the enabling
works and the post design main construction works.

2. Location: Within Meydan Racecourse development area.
3. Project Lot size: about 110 acres
4. Phase and Building : Consisting of three phases; approx. 40 building blocks of 7 to 36 storey height.

Project Manager - Tamouh Investments LLC, Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E – 2007 to Oct 2014
As Project Manager for Al Tamouh, the Master Developer of Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, I represented the company in
implementing the AED800 million Design and Build contract.
Projects involved:
2 units of 52-storey high rise residential tower (Tala Tower & Ocean Terrace ) in Reem Island.
1 unit of 21-storey high rise residential tower in Reem Island.
Project Management - scope of responsibilities
• Outline the project objective and scope.
• Create schedule for implementation with defined mile stones. Work closely with project planner and
contractors.
• Verify and acceptance of design services consultants and team members.
• Assist company contract department in preparing the project budget.
• Monitor design and cost plan to meet investor’s budget.
• Co-ordinate materials signed off for meeting design requirements.
• Cultivate team work and trust to focus on project delivery, avoid wasteful conflict.
• Establish line of communication with investor, company and contributors to the project.
• Monitor project submitting parties’ effort to obtain authorities and services providers’ early approval and
clearance.

As Head of Technical Services division, I was responsible in co-ordinating the design development of the Design &
Build Contracts between inter-departmental, clients and authorities’ requirements. I also assisted the contract
department in tendering and bidding for new contracts.

I worked as Project Manager for a new start-up construction company. During this period, I was working on several
industrial factories, residential towers and reservoir tanks. My roles and responsibilities include organization of site

Projects involved: Sizewell B Nuclear Power Station near Ipswich, UK
I started off as Section Engineer in charged of external works and service tunnels leading to the nuclear core.
Later I took the role of Planning and Resourcing Controller at the Material Scheduling and Production
department. Scope of responsibilities involved monitoring construction progress of certain section of the
nuclear plant and ensuring daily material required for the construction of the nuclear power plant were
available in timely manner.
Project Manager – Kenneison Brothers Construction Malaysia 1986 – 1989
Projects involved: Military Airport Runway Rehabilitation, road and bridges and Infra-structural works for several
housing projects in Malaysia
The rehabilitation work consisted of resurfacing the military runway using the asphaltic concrete mix
and other associated works. Duties include scheduling and liaison with military officers to coordinate
slots for works to be carried out between military sorties and training. Ensuring the quality of runway
works comply with specifications.
Manage infra-structural works like earthworks, road, bridges, drain, water reticulation and sewerage
works in several housing estates around Kuala Lumpur & Petaling Jaya and state of Trengganu. My roles
include supervision, inspection and coordination of works with other contractors, client and consultants.
Resident/Building Engineer - Public Work Department, Government of Malaysia- 1981- 1984
Projects involved: Building rural road works, bridges, mosques and stadiums in Malaysia
As Resident Engineer, I was in charge of the supervision, inspection and coordination of the construction works.
Other duties included attending to meetings, liaison with contractors and clients pertaining to site issues, review
and propose remedial actions and reporting to head of department.
