Working as DESIGN ENGINEER with (SMK Associates Consulting Engineers) Noor Estate

Shahra-e-Faisal Karachi.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for Quality Assurance by following Tests

• Design structural member with (Manual and with the help of Software).

• Design residential, commercial & industrial projects within seismic zone.

• Using codes ACI, UBC and LRFD with standard of Engineering Specifications.

• Costing & estimating the project.

• Make tender document & B.O.Q.

• Cost and rates analyses

• Monitoring the overall cost of project.

PROJECTS

• Done project like Pearl Continental Hotel Multan, Hayatabad and Parking Plaza Lahore

• Done Saudi Embassy project G+7, Community Center and Duplex Villas Buildings at

Islamabad.

• Done many Industrial projects ultimate/ steel structure within seismic zone.

• Done different kind of bungalows in Karachi.

2) FROM JANUARY 2012 TO OCTOBER 2012.

Working as DESIGN ENGINEER with (Qamar Associates Consulting Engineers) Gulshan-e-

Iqbal Karachi.

• Preparation of Drawings and Estimations with Complete Project Proposals.

• Management and Monitoring of ongoing projects.

• Making documents estimating & costing.
