Designation: - Assistant Manager HR, talent Acquisition & Administration
Responsible for handling all end to end activities that run across the
entire business unit for the above role. Besides being part of the core
team and heading the function, was also part of the Group HR team for APM
Terminals.
Key responsibilities include:
. Transactional HR - Performance Management System, employee cycle
management, attendance, etc. Ensuring accurate employee data and
timely run of employee data, e.g. payroll, salary review, appraisals,
overtime payouts, reimbursements, bonus and incentives, etc. Ensure
