Sub-contractor Procedure, Method Statements, Materials Application Submittals and Inspection

and Test Plan review. Development of Quality procedures and inspection and test plans for all

disciplines for Construction activities at the SAMREF Clean Fuels Project construction site.

Manage supplier quality coordination and inspection of equipment and materials for major

projects that include a gas processing facility and an in capsule shale oil and gas processing

Work performed during the Steam Generator Replacement Project at San Onofre Nuclear

10/07 to 01/09 Worley Parsons - Monrovia, CA

Position: Quality Manager Responsibilities include: Provided Quality Management for the

GASCO PMC contract for the FEED phase of the Shah Gas Development project; including

quality plan development, quality and project procedure development and review. Provided

Quality Management for North America Oil Sands Project during FEED of SRU development;

scope of work included but was not limited to QA audits, documentation development and

review as needed for each project. Performed as a supplier quality coordinator and surveillance

inspector for North Slope Projects; duties included package development, inspection

coordination and hands on inspection at vendor fabrication facilities.

ISO compliant quality program for site prime and subcontractor mechanical and electrical

ensure site quality program by contractors were implemented to ISO and contract requirements.

records for turnover to client for final approval. Work was performed for new construction of an

ethanol manufacturing facility.

Position: Quality Specialist Responsibilities include: Development of inspection plans for safety

related project materials and equipment. Performed assessments of vendor goods and

services provided for site construction activities. Performed inspection of site construction

activities performed by contractors. Work was performed at the Savannah River Site MOX Fuel

Fabrication Project.

09/06-11/06 Total Western Inc. - Paramount, CA

Position: CWI/Welding Work Planner Responsibilities include: Development of construction

work packages for all power piping welding activities performed on site. Assure site welding

procedures are properly selected and implemented. Performed testing and certification of

welders performing project welding activities. Above was performed during the construction of a

General Electric 7H combined cycle gas fired power plant.

11/05-09/06 Matrix Engineering - Linden, NJ

Position: Project Manager Responsibilities include: Project management of capital costs

construction projects for gasoline, diesel and heating oil terminals. Duties included but not

limited to development of Bid Packages, issuance of Purchase Orders, Change Orders,

procurement of equipment and materials. Ensure invoicing for completed project work is

executed in a timely manner and accurate, field oversight and supervision of contractor activities

that include safety, quality, and project controls from start of project to start up and final

acceptance of installations. Work performed for ConocoPhillips Pipelines and Terminals

business unit.

Position: Quality Assurance Manager Responsibilities include: Construction management

quality assurance for Net Cap Costs Construction Project Activities installations at Procter &

Gamble Manufacturing Facility in Sacramento, CA.

05/05- 07/05 Amec - Richland, WA

Position: Quality Assurance Manager Responsibilities include: Construction management

quality assurance of installations for the pilot building of the geo-melt material storage facility.

Work was performed at the Hanford DOE National Laboratory in Richland WA.

11/04- 05/05: National Inspection & Consultants - Ft Myers, FL

Position: Project Quality Engineer Responsibilities include: Overview of architectural,

civil/structural, mechanical, electrical and I&C installations. Coordination of all third party

inspections for all safety related installation. Witness of all non-safety related inspections and

testing. Generated and assembled all turnover records during the construction and

commissioning phases of theTA-50 Pump House and Effluent Storage Tank Pump House

Project. Construction was performed at Los Alamos National Laboratory in Los Alamos, NM.

Position: Certified Welding Inspector/ QA Engineer Responsibilities include: Performed 3rd

party QA activities for the fabrication of structural steel for the Library and Learning Resource

Center for Compton Community College in Compton CA.

03/04-05/04 General Electric/Penpower - Laguna Verde, Mexico

Position: QA/QC Engineer Responsibilities include: Support of technicians, and engineers

during the rebuild of hydraulic control units for control rod drive mechanisms. Support of

technicians and engineers during the rebuild, leak rate testing and exchange of control rod

drives and other associated under vessel activities during a refueling and maintenance outage

at a nuclear power plant.

10/03 to 03/04 Day and Zimmerman NPS - Milford Power Plant Milford, CT

Position: Welding Site Supervisor Responsibilities include: Qualification of welders,

development and assembly of work packages to ISO 9000 standards. Coordination and

transmittal of documents for commissioning phase of an Alstom Power combined cycle gas fired

co-generation power plant.

2/02 to 9/03 Systems Conformance Seward Energy Project - Seward, PA

Position: Construction Oversight: (Owner Representative for Reliant Energy)

Responsibilities include: Provided oversight of contractor work activities through interface with

Engineering and Supervision. Work included earthworks, (pre-construction and construction)

concrete, mechanical and electrical installations during construction of a 2-unit CFB power plant

and new access road and bridge.

06/01 to 2/02 Scott Co. of California - Blythe Energy Project - Blythe, CA

Position: Quality Assurance/ Quality Control Manager/ Welding Engineer Responsibilities

included: Established and implemented corporate quality programs to ISO 9000 standards.

Performed welding engineering functions for the installation of balance of plant piping; including

an underground gas pipeline, steam and water lines, combustion turbine settings and HRSG

erections. W ork performed during construction of a Siemens/Westinghouse 2x1 combined

cycle cogeneration gas-fired power plant.

Position: Welding Engineer Responsibilities include: Assure site welding procedures are

installations and modifications. Performed testing and certification of welders performing project

welding activities. Performed audits of project activities. Review and assembly of completed

during construction of a Foster Wheeler CFB Cyclone cogeneration power plant and process

steam and de-mineralized water system from the power plant to the oil refinery to ISO 9000

program.

Position: Quality Engineer: Responsibilities included: Verification of mechanical completion

and integrity for various water treatment injection system components and assemblies for the Elf

Angola Oil Platform Assembly Project. W ork performed for US Filter in Rockford, IL.
