Position: Quality Manager Responsibilities include: Provided Quality Management for the
GASCO PMC contract for the FEED phase of the Shah Gas Development project; including
quality plan development, quality and project procedure development and review. Provided
Quality Management for North America Oil Sands Project during FEED of SRU development;
scope of work included but was not limited to QA audits, documentation development and
review as needed for each project. Performed as a supplier quality coordinator and surveillance
inspector for North Slope Projects; duties included package development, inspection
coordination and hands on inspection at vendor fabrication facilities.

Fabrication Project.

Position: CWI/Welding Work Planner Responsibilities include: Development of construction
work packages for all power piping welding activities performed on site. Assure site welding
procedures are properly selected and implemented. Performed testing and certification of
welders performing project welding activities. Above was performed during the construction of a
General Electric 7H combined cycle gas fired power plant.

Position: Project Manager Responsibilities include: Project management of capital costs
construction projects for gasoline, diesel and heating oil terminals. Duties included but not
limited to development of Bid Packages, issuance of Purchase Orders, Change Orders,
procurement of equipment and materials. Ensure invoicing for completed project work is
executed in a timely manner and accurate, field oversight and supervision of contractor activities
that include safety, quality, and project controls from start of project to start up and final

commissioning phases of theTA-50 Pump House and Effluent Storage Tank Pump House

during the rebuild of hydraulic control units for control rod drive mechanisms. Support of

Position: Construction Oversight: (Owner Representative for Reliant Energy)
Responsibilities include: Provided oversight of contractor work activities through interface with
Engineering and Supervision. Work included earthworks, (pre-construction and construction)
concrete, mechanical and electrical installations during construction of a 2-unit CFB power plant
and new access road and bridge.
