troubleshoot any electrical and plumbing problems

and will fix if we have the proper Equipment such

as electric snake. I have a working knowledge of

the Yardi software, getting bids for projects,

preventive maintenance schedule, computers,

carpentry, keying locks, sheetrock repair. I'm not

time restricted will come as early and stay as late

as needed to get a job completed.
