relationships with customer personnel and facilitate interface meetings to promptly resolve complex technical,

Led a team of 21 engineers and technicians through completion of the electrical raceway system design
for 4 nuclear power plants in China.

shore and on-shore engineering to review emergent issues and establish a prioritized response schedule in support
of procurement, fabrication and construction. Managed out of scope customer requests for change and
nonconforming reports for project recovery efforts. Established resource planning process for emergent work to
ensure appropriate staffing allocated to maintain construction progress. Coordinated unplanned engineering
support required for assembly and installation of company supplied equipment.

Coordinated the resolution of engineering issues with AP1000 construction in China.
Established system of controls for review and processing requests for design change from the customer,

fabricator to facilitate initiation of fabrication. Coordinated internal and external engineering groups to expedite
