Key Responsibilities:

• In the HRBP role I have been responsible for:

1. Project related to driving and executing 90 day retention plan to streamline staffing, operations and

training. Involvement in streamlining and driving various projects such as ZTP (Zero Tolerance Policy),

FTDP (Fast Track Development Program), EPS (Employee Promoter Score), learning hours and ARP

(Attrition Risk Profiling) for retention purposes.

2. Conducting 1:1 with employees to understand and resolve various issues,

3. Provide on-going support to the leadership team on HR related matters, policies and procedures. HRBP

sessions for training batches and policy sessions for awareness creation.

4. Working on and driving execution for employee engagement activities, Townhall and R&R, festival

celebrations. Involvement in driving communication and initiatives taken up by the organization.

5. Handling disciplinary cases and taking appropriate actions for the same.

• In the Staffing role I have been responsible for:

1. Creation and implementation of sourcing strategy,
