culinary major students. The students runs and manages the business with the supervision of
professional hoteliers.
• I always make sure that all dinner wares, silverwares, glass wares and other materials are well
polished before operation.
• I supervise the whole operation of the restaurant and makes sure that the operation runs smoothly.
• I handle complaints of the guests and do appropriate measures to fix the problem.

• Bro. Andrew’s Café is one of the hatcheries of the school which also caters to different hospitality
