June 2008 to March 2009 – Assistant Equipment Clerk - EC De Luna Construction

Duties and responsibilities:
Conducts a regular inventory of all heavy equipment operating on site.
Arrange for third party inspection of heavy equipment that requires Third Party
certificates; or re-inspection for those with expired certificates.
Keep an updated maintenance record for all equipment on site.
Prepare job orders for repair and maintenance of equipment.
Coordinate and follow-up progress of repair for equipment sent for maintenance.
Conducts a daily safety start talk to equipment operators.
Conducts thorough inspections of lifting equipment as to defects or damages.
Make sure that damaged lifting gears should be removed from site.

Install emergency evacuation signages and other safety-related signages inside the camp
