Project: FIXTURE MODIFICATION FOR TP ROTOR IN SURFACE GRINDING MACHINE

DESCRIPTION:

TP Rotor is an equipment used in Diesel fuel injection system, in diesel

engine.TP Rotor is used to control the fuel flow rate into the combustion

area, according to the load and speed required. It is manufactured in

fixture, where tolerance of TP Rotor outs . so modification of fixture

using magnetic fitting, by which the tolerance out is minimised .

According to six sigma, the concept was approved and a demo model was

implemented and submitted to the ompany for future use.
