Career Experience:

1 year experience in Al-Manaa Metal Construction Company ( Steel bridge ) as a site

engineer and yet, my field of experience is in quantity survey, site supervision,

excavation and foundation structure, the finishing work for concrete floor, block work,

plastering, survey coordination, building surveying, steel structure as in sheds buildings,

Safety supervision and steel design using Sap2000 program and autocad.

Trained in Commodore contracting company for one month as a site engineer and have

experience in concrete pouring, Steel st ructure, MEP work, post tension slab, applying

structural and architectural plans, columns and beams reinforcing, and block work.

3 years’ experience in admission, registration, and marketing department in Al-Hosn

University .

o Al Jahely technical college based in Al-Ain (2014)

A projectvalue of 300,000 DHS owned by Advity.

Construct foundations to hold huge shadow tents with 8 inch Steel Pipes,

the wind speed was huge challenge there and we considered it with our

design.

o Abu Nasser Shed Based in Mussaffah Industial city (2014)

Value of 1.3 million DHS, Owner is Ahmed Naser AlNaemy, consultant is

Rahal Consultant Engineering

A shed made out of RC footing Foundations and floorslab, columns,

beams and rafter are made by I beams sections, also installed the Z purlins

for the top roof of the shed, and covered with aluminium sandwich panel.

Calculated the quantity for that project, inspect and supervise the whole

project.

o Al-Khaleej Gas Company shed in Musaffah (April - 2014)

Project Value of 1.5 million DHS.

A shed made out of RC footing Foundations, all columns, rafter, and

beams are steel I beams, Wall finishing and overhead Crane installed for

interior lift work.

o Nafal oil and gas Shed Based in ICAD II (Jan - 2015)

Project value of 90,000 DHS

A 336 m2 shed, worked there as a site engineer, supervised the work done

from welding the anchor bolts until the final shape of the structure, the

shed is still under construction.

o Agility Truck Shed (March 2015)

The project value is 1.7 mill DHS.

Shed of 1800 meter square, it’s under construction, but mainly the scope

of work is to excavate and construct its foundations, beams, slab, steel I

beams work Z-purlins and sandwich-panel on top.

Construction and build of the internal work ( block work, plaster pvc pipes

for bathrooms and kitchen, electrical wiring, Installing Air condit ioning

unit, plus air and water piping system.

o Agility shelf drilling Shed ( April 2015 )

A shed build of RC foundat ions, beams, and slab.

Block work surrounding the shed, and sandwich panel on top.

Major Job Responsibilities

1. Ensuring that all activities are running in accordance to latest approved draw ings /

documents only. Also, ensure no work is commenced before obtaining all required

clearances / releases and approvals.

2. Follow and implement the company Health and Safety Policies and Strategies.

3. Controlling the cost in my construction area and take care of the resources

4. Coordination of daily site activities with My Project Engineer, subcontractors and site team.

5. Supervision and handing for construction of concrete work, finishing work(internal, external

paint & Claddings, floor tiles,block work, plaster, water proofing)

7. Briefing and reporting to the Construction Management regularly: progress, problems,

solutions, changes. Advising prior commencement and upon completion of any activity or

remedial works.

8. Control of Construction materials, plants, equipments & tools.

9. Supervision of site preparation during mobilization in line with mobilization programme.

Supervision of site surveying and setting-out of gridlines & levels.

10. Supervision, coordination and allocation of responsibilities to site personnel of my area.

11. Organizing and ensuring that all personnel under my authority understand and comply with

the company Quality System and Project Quality Plan.

12. Verifying that subcontractors have adequate training and experience to perform their scope

of works.

13. Follow-up with Project Quality Engineers to verify that all required inspections / tests are

carried out and no part of the work is not covered by approval from Engineer.

14. Follow-up Site Instructions received from Engineer and take necessary actions to close the

same in a timely manner.

15. Review drawings and specifications timely raising queries for any ambiguous technical

issues.

16. Study and follow Method Statements for all activities.

17. Contributing & Coordinating: Testing, Commissioning, Snagging and Final Handover

Procedures.
