posted on the Indeed job web site. I have worked at Sanford Health, when working there I have

gained experience with the Epic program and job skills. I passed the CMA (AAMA)

Certification examination on 6/2/2014.

I am excited about continuing my career as a Certified Medical Assistant. The first time I went to

a college recruiter, I learned about immunizations, phlebotomy and the other tangible skills of a

medical assistant. Over the past two years, I have learned that medical assisting is not merely a

conglomeration of tasks. It is the implementation of those tasks and skills to make a person

better which makes me proud of my career. During my time in school, I volunteered for many

projects and groups in school including a stint at the vice-president of the AAMA student group.

Also I have tutored medical assistant students in a number of related subjects. Besides honing

the skills I learned in school, including blood draws and testing, my internship exposed me up to

additional parts of the field I did not know existed. I have had a lot of practice in drawing blood

and doing Clia waved tests.
