Responsible for the start-up and operational executive management of this wholly owned subsidiary of
F.H. Prince Companies, Inc. HEI was a company established to commercialize a new environmental
technology developed at the university level. This technology was developed to help remove carbon
dioxide from the atmosphere and provide alternative food sources at the same time. Lead the successful
introduction of this new technology and related products into several domestic and international markets.
Also directed the development of projects associated with this technology in the US, Europe, Saudi Arabia
and Mexico. Final responsibility in 1996 was to negotiate the successful sale of HEI to a multinational
organization.

Provided strategic planning and managed the start-up operations of this national and international
consulting firm. One of the consulting services provided by this firm included developing a program for
the conversion of State-Owned Businesses in several East European Countries back to the private sector.
The program and service was provided under consulting contracts to the World Bank. The company also
provided complete strategic business planning services and facilitation for a multi-product and services
company that required re-structuring and turn-around including re-organizational, new financing, market
