PROJECT

Audit during Development and Construction Phases of 4/6-laning National Highways under Public

Private Partnership (PPP) on Design, Build, Finance and Operation (DBFO) basis

DURATION : From August 2012 to Till date

RESPONBILITIES

As a Project Engineer, Inspecting the highway project on a quarterly basis and before COD to assess

adequacy of safety measures.

Coordinating the asset inspections and update data in RIS every quarter and submitting a safety

report on additional road safety measures.

Conducting work zone safety audits on a quarterly basis and submit reports.

Analysis of Black Spot Study and Suggesting Various safety Measures to overcome the Black Spot.

Recommendations to improve Road Safety.

RESPONBILITIES as Project Development Engineer

Identification of Business Trends and movements in infrastructure industry, present and potential player in the

industry, changing market dynamics.

Conceptualization and implementation of business development strategies, targets, short term & long term plans.

Making business proposals.

Having knowledge in pre-bid/post-bid analysis, market analysis identifying JV partners etc. and ready to travel

extensively

Data bank updation for clients, JV partners consultants

Verify the qualification criteria for RFQ / RFP

Put up RFQ / REP Notices to the Management for Approval for participation.

Study RFQ / REP documents.

Prepare pre bid / Pre Application queries and attend / arrange to attend the PBMs.

Coordinatng with inhouse depts for Document purchase, Bid Securities, Credit Line Certificates, Solvency

Certificates, Auditors Certificates, etc.

Coordinating with consultants for traffic surveys.

Preparation of Rate Analysis and Financial Bid

Follow up with clients for the RFQs /RFPs submitted and attending the Queries, Return of Bid Securities

Getting updated experience certificates for all ongoing Projects and Completion certificates for all

Completed Projects.

Lead bid preparation, assessment and negotiations.

submitted.

Preperation of Eligibility criteria statement for RFQ / REPs in which Management is interested.
