• Led every aspect of the acquisition of 9 Friendly’s restaurants, and subsequently the

operation of 15 restaurants though a 6 restaurant Management Agreement.

• Developed the business from the ground up.

of 10 Arby’s restaurants.

• Managed the daily operation of the enterprise, including the training, development

and promotion of the management team, including 2 District Managers.

• Established and directed daily restaurant operations, training and development, P&L analysis,

human resources, payroll, accounting, marketing and advertising strategies, site selection,

construction and purchasing, and full responsibility for all financial matters.

• Served on the Arby’s Franchise Advisory Strategic Marketing Committee.

• Under my direction, the company was sold in November, 2001 for a substantial profit.

• Promoted vertically from Crew Person to Multi-Unit Management, then Manager of Business

Development at the corporate office.

• As Manager of Business Development, created strategic development plans for several

market saturation plans in the United States and Canada.

• Worked as a Business Analyst and Consultant to distressed Franchisees in the southeast US

and Canada.

• Transitioned into franchised operations and developed a franchise organization from start-up.
