Project: Modeling of the surface impedance of plasma generated by microwave to improve the power

Mission :
- Modeling a surface impedance conditions representing the plasma from the equations governing the
energy coupling between the plasma and the microwave.
- Make a parametric study on the changes in the shape of the walls of the cavity or dielectric plate
(using HFSS software) to improve the power transfer.
- Use a numerical method of volume-type (finite element) to overcome the geometric constraints.
