Scope of project

Designing and Development of rubber product mould design, Assembling of parts into assembly and

Drafting of it using standard specification sheet

Responsibilities:

Development and Design of mould design,according to its requirements

Creation of assemblies to a mould and creation of 2d drawing is done by using standard templates

Applicability of Gd&t In drawing and creation of manufacturing drawings

Preparation of MOM (minutes of meeting) & distributing to concerned person.

Based on input from meeting--startup of conceptual design.

Time plan preparation for monitoring of project activity.

Conceptual design discussion with tool maker for manufacturing feasibility.

Detailed design of Mould, slug, jig & fixture, Extrusion dies and cutting dies.
