by using SAP systems with multiply T-codes
• Plan, prepare, issue and control production schedules
• Utilize production planning system to manage assigned demand, maintain a stable
production plan, maintain inventory levels in accordance with company policy, and
monitor supply chain

• Print drawings and create job packs from SAP output for use by the floor as required.
Ensure job packs are handled and released to the floor according to standard and
policy. Maintains close contact with floor personnel, marketing personnel, customer
service, and management, on matters such as cancellations, parts availability,
deliveries, etc.
• Maintain all planning material master data in SAP, including lot sizes, safety stocks,
material replenishment types, lead times in accordance with policy and procedure
• Create daily or weekly schedules of work centers as needed. Monitor capacity
constraints or bottlenecks
• Make recommendations regarding hourly staffing and overtime. Provide the customer
service representatives (CSR’s) with manufacturing due dates and advanced notice of
shipping delay information.
• Expedites shop jobs by working with receiving, shipping, engineering, customer
service, marketing, and production units to; alleviate or prevent material shortages,
request design changes, obtain rework of materials, maintain product quality
standards, establish just-in-time inventory programs, and other actions necessary to
ensure production schedules.
