Liaise and advise hospitals and clinics on ICD-10 compliance and readiness – via Lott QA tools and a testing platform. Claims are recoded and analyzed for revenue neutrality. New Mexico hospital used EPIC and Tennessee hospital used Allscripts SCM – Inpatient and Outpatiient.
April – 2014 - In TN I partnered with an analyst on the HIM side – she did the Coding/Operational review; I did the Technical/applications evaluation. We produced a combined report with a dashboard rating readiness.

As the only member of the QA team with Health Care experience, designed and implemented segmented testing scenarios and cases for EPIC inpatient; EPIC ED; and EPIC Ambulatory. In the case of orders/results from and to the EPIC EMR, I created independent test cases for Pharmacy, Lab, Radiology, and Pathology. I also executed those test cases with the subject matter experts at each ancillary.
