I am responsible for a 97 bed assisted living facility. I manage my staff, complete a schedule

with in budget depending on census, I order supplies and equipment while working within my

budget, I interact with other agencies on a daily basis. I complete all care plans and meet with

families. I ensure that caregivers and med tech follow all policies and procedures, and perform

all duties as a licensed nurse when needed. I also work on the floor as a med tech and caregiver

when necessary related to staff shortage. I interact with all the residents daily.

I managed a 24 bed behavior unit for resident with a diagnosis of dementia and a psychiatric

diagnosis. I monitored the unit to ensure that all staff was working in a safe manner. I completed

all assessments and MDS for all the residents on my unit. I also scheduled care conferences with

families and the interdisciplinary team. I worked closely with the psychologist and the

psychiatrist. I ensure that all behavior plans were accurate and that they plans were followed out.

I worked as a charge nurse on the unit as necessary.

excellent communication skills. I lead by example, If a resident needs care I jump right in and
