Call Center Manager

Provided leadership and training to 58+ employees. These employees were responsible for supporting and developing interpersonal relationships with "small of large" customers and internal sales personnel. Our external clients included National Customers such as Wal*Mart, Roadway Express, Sears, YUM, Sports Authority etc. We had total responsibility for these accounts from one time charges and monthly billing, not to mention customer satisfaction. Billing averaged $2B monthly on an annualized basis.

Staff Manager for General Manager. One of my responsibilities was for the annual budget. I crafted the budget for $25M for the entire Western Region. I worked with each Manager individually on their E/R activities, so they would meet the coming year’s financials.

Represented GM at Bimonthly Employee Brokering Council for the

Denver Metro Area seeking talent for our Organization. Conducted all interviews and hiring for our locations at Westminster Co. and Shreveport, La. Represented G.M. at various events and meetings across the country.

Manager Material Logistics Organization providing support for all sales personnel insuring all necessary systems arrived complete and on time for total customer satisfaction. My

Team of 58+ employees and I worked extensively with internal manufacturing and OEM's for

JIT implementations.

In Chicago reported directly to the Vice President of Sales. His team and I worked on major

System 85 implementations i.e. Chicago Board of Trade, Iowa State University, Sears

Tower. While I had no direct reports, the entire manufacturing community was at my disposal. These implementations required a year or more of planning; with frequent visits to customer locations, to review timelines and customer and AT&T expectations. At the end of this assignment The Sales Vice President presented me with a “Quality Partner Award”, a first of its kind!
