Coach Mediator

I offer alternative dispute resolution services (ADR) by serving as a

mediator for family, church, and civil matters. In my mediation work I

strive to help each party know that they were heard and to help them

creatively find ways where both sides win.

I also coach peers, leaders, executives, creatives, and communicators to…

…be hospitable people in life and work, …become lifelong learners who

thrive and lead, …find clarity in their decision making, communication,

and strategic development …glean, synthesize, and complete small and big

ideas.

*I specialize in working with "boundary crossers" and people who are in

between worlds or are contemplating letting go or taking the leap!

*I also have had great success in teaching and training teachers and

communicators to communicate well in the 21st century….with a strong

focus on landing the "Big Idea", using technology, and honoring adult

learning theory to help communicate in a way that leads towards

engagement and application.

*I live, research (a dissertation), teach, and write on hospitality and how it

can be lived out in all spaces of our lives.

*I also (no joke) coach people through church or ministry recovery. Sad but

true.
