Outpatient and Inpatient Pediatric Physical Therapy (August 2012-present)

• Independent management of full caseload of children with varying degrees of developmental delay,

neuromuscular disorders, and orthopedic impairments on an outpatient level

• Responsible for providing services to children on an inpatient level throughout various units

including the neonatal intensive care, cardiac care, and surgical units

• Evaluation, assessment, and development of therapeutic programs for children from birth to twenty-

one years of age

• Collaboration with physicians, nurses, orthotists, and other rehabilitation professionals to establish

and/or modify plan of care

• Provide in-services on various continuing education topics to staff and physicians (myofascial release,

equipment)

• Conduct equipment evaluations for children with mobility impairments, establish needs, and compose
