Project Title : PROMOTION AND EVALUATION OF HR AXIS INDIA PVT LTD
TOWARDS HR ‘EDGE’
Duration : 45 Days
Description : This program have a view point to notice, development of the ‘Employability
Quotient’ of an HR professional through practicing the corporate skills that are required. Hence,
as part of my internship I had to market this services through different channels such as Social
networking,Yellow pages, in person, and Paper based marketing strategies. The most exciting part
of my job was to satisfy the target for which I gave my best. In fact, 2 colleges enrolled for this
training program in the span of my 2 months marketing period which was satisfied outcome
according to my Manager at HR AXIS INDIA LTD. This shows my capability of creating market
to this program from the possible field professionals such as post graduates and corporate people
with a short span.
