Worked as junior engineer production and assembly of chassis frame and cabin welding section,engines

assembly shop and engine testing, front and rear axles and differential assembly section,

truck/bus assembly section lastly final testing of trucks and buses and get vehicle cleared from quality

and final dispatch to customers.

Chassis frame and Cabin welding section :

Chassis frame and all components are placed on jigs and fixtures and all components are tack welded

Shifted to next level where it is full welded than chassis frame is sent to skin tensioning stage where thermal

stresses are removed and chassis frame is cleared by quality department finally send to paint booth where

it gets painted and baked in oven cleared by quality send to truck assembly section.

CABIN WELDING SECTION

All sheet metal members are placed in there respective jigs and fixtures

All components are spot welded by cadmium copper contacts tips in controlled cooled atmosphere after

that it is inspected and attended by most talented workers & cabin should be free from dents or any other

irregularities & cabin finally send to paint shop for painting.

• INDIAN RAILWAYS: 1991-2003

Joined Indian railways as train examiner on 18-4-1991 promoted to head train examiner 1996 in 2000

selected as section engineer and became in charge in 1997 .of BCN depot where under me about 30

engineers and junior engineers worked round the clock and under me about 80 workers,welders fitters,turners riveters and helpers in each shift in 1991 We were doing 100 wagons ROH per month and with my

sincere efforts and increased targets from railway board about 450 wagons ROHED each month we also

consider any complaints from any source in our wagons up to 18 months and find out the causes and there

removal so that its occurrence should be avoided .For new up gradation of new technology we have a

training school for staff where I provided training to all Ambala and other depot staff .

MACHINE AND PLANT LAYOUT

There are about 50 welding sets 0f 400-600 amps three fork lifters, three overhead cranes 50 tons capacity

one wheel lathe for turning wheels, gas cutters, riveting machines plasma cutting machines MIG welding,grinders three trucks etc we repairs all components in house we trained staff for m & p repairs and we

periodically undergo preventive maintenance of all equipments,we also have sufficient daily repaired items

in stocks to replace the defective one to avoid any delays in production.

and all sections of coach and bogies

STORE PROMOTIONALS

Overseeing products and care plans. Supporting in-store marketing team with store promotion ideas

Plans. For proper supply of store material I personally interact and take all inventories and create demand

timely and keeping buffers stocks in hand to meet the target and made plans so that we will get the items

demanded in time and removes surplus stores if any .

ISO CERTIFICATION IN ALL SECTIONS OF BCN DEPOT

All sections of ROH depot were ISO certified all formalities and file works and documentation were

conducted in my presence and audits were conducted including stores depot

ROUITINE OVERHAULING OF AIR BRAKE WAGONS

All air brake wagons are periodic overhauled in Ambala BCN depot all components of bogie are

disassembled old wheels send to wheel lathe for turning where all wheels of wagons are paired and all

bearings are checked if any defect in bearings get changed by new one .

BOGIE FRAME

CANUB type steel cast bogie frames are cleaned checked and all worn out parts of bogies are replaced by

new liners of manganese steels are welded and welding is checked it should be free from all defects like

porosity,blowholes, cracks, inclusions all welding are checked by British welding gauge

By this gauge we can measure thickness of weld,angle,throat depth we should fulfill RDSO specifications.

PAIRING OF BOGIE SPRINGS

All springs are disassembled and cleaned properly and there free height is checked if it is with in permissible

limits than it is passed other wise we will replace with new one. In case spring is crack we will replace it with

new spring .we will re-paint the spring.

REPLACEMENT OF NYLON BUSHES & TESTING OF DV& SAB

Nylon bushes are replaced 100% to avoid any safety & all brake blocks are changed by new ones.

DV (DISTRIBUTED VALVE) sent to DV section for complete testing on A9 valve all rubber fitting are All

changed with silicone rubber fittings if it will pass all the specified tests it is re fitted in wagon.

SAB(SLACK ADJUSTER) is dismounted from wagon and send to slack adjuster section. Where it is

disassembled all worn out parts are replaced and tested if it is working is with in limits than send to wagon

for fitment. when all parts are fitted than wagon is tested for air brake testing by fitting RTR( rake testing rig).

Wagon should be free from any leakages and all air brake is adjusted and checked all air brake components

Are tested. if it passes all the tests it is declared fit. And finally cleared by neutral department after audit.

PROVIDING SAFETY AND ANTI PRIFILEAGE DEVICES

All safety fittings are fitted 100% like brake beam safety bracket in case of fell down of brake beam it

should rest on safety brackets it will avoid accidents. Pull rod safety bracket in case of pull rod cut pull rod

will rest on safety bracket. Knuckle pin is provided with APD welded so that no one can steal knuckle pin

which will leads to opening of CBC COUPLER which leads to major accident .All brakes blocks cotters should

be splited at 45 degree and a Tack welded without breaking this welding no one can steal brake blocks

which leads to poor brake power of train and chances of accidents can be avoided By providing DV cover

and APD is welded so that no one steal DV if it is not provided any body can steal DV which leads to failure

of brakes of wagons which leads to major accident

• M/S RITES LTD JANURY 2003-2006

Joined M/S RITES Rail india and technical and economical services selected for three years on deputation

where we have to inspect third party inspection of railways coach, wagon, engines,track, signal components

and Jal Nigams, private party inspection.

I was given training on welding testing and improving capacity of super structures of plant capacity

enhancement by improving design criteria from IIT Delhi

I was assigned senior inspecting engineer northern region at lucknow where I look after DLW Varanasi

Kanpur all western up Uttaranchal etc where all vendors gets order from railways and they call us on

inspection of railway material where we inspect the material as per purchase order and drawing

specification and testing of material if in house than accompany with test samples in our presence like

spectrographic,hardness of material, tensile testing, welding structure, welding gauge.

Inspection of railway engine components like traction motors end shields, engine valve seats, engine fuel

filters,switch expansion joints,engine load box,

• BUIESSNESS DEVLOPMENT

Enhance inspection business from 100 crores to 600 crores per annum from Luck now region by

Developing promotional programs. Implemented sales and marketing strategies for the Company. Expanded

market share by approximately 30% in the state of Haryana, India. Other responsibilities include creating and

• SHARMA ENGINEERING COMPANY 2006-2012

After completing from M/S RITES and did not joined Indian railways back joined Sharma Engineering

Company in Jan 2006 as Plant Head In this company we make CNC Plasma cutting machines, CNC Under

Water cutting machine CNC flame cutting machine CNC LASER CUTTING machines.

We import CNC units from different sources from outside India we fabricates the beds 10 Meters-24 Meters

length and width up to 5 Meters which is very heavy welding work all electrical wirings and switches are

selected from best qualities stand by switches are provided in case of any defect than they can easily

replace the defective. All of the machines are net sensed in case of any defect we can tell them the defect

with out going to the sight in case of any component defect due to any reason we replace it free of cost if in

warrantee Or he will bear the cost .all machines are designed for keeping in mind for human safety, sensors

are fitted to avoid miss happenings with machine or staff or operator safety in case operator is in unsafe

area of machine will not start and a alarm light will start blinking as he moves away alarm will automatically

stops. In this company we are making CNC Plasma cutting machines consumables about 100 different

models and supplied directly to customers worldwide our performance is number one in world, all big

government PSU like Diesel locomotive works Varanasi, integral coach factory Chennai,and about 300 units

in open market in India are using these components.

We also fabricate stainless steel coach components like steel luggage racks of coaches/ buses, steel fitting

of coaches,all door handles of railways,metro coach internal accessories of stainless steel

Stainless steels toilets, steel bottle holders or we can manufacturer any items related to fabrication

industry. We provide steel finished goods in matt finish like Delhi metro paint less coaches .

RESARCH AND DEVLOPMENTS

We are making toilets of railways to be fitted in coaches which are called green toilets or biological toilets

trials are conducted in trains all waste product will be consumed by bacteria placed in the form of packets

under the toilet chamber where waist product is collected in the final stages.

Quality control department sales and dispaches

100 % materials purchased from selected & approved vendors with quality certificate and payment cleared

after testing in house Stage inspection is carried out at each stage by specially designed gauges in case of

any defective piece at initial stages is rejected and reason of rejection to be find out in case vendor defect

joint inspection is carried out strict action taken against the culprit.
