discretionary projects, core maintenance activities, and strategic initiatives for Fidelity’s brokerage business; All
aspects of resources management, engaging executive sponsors and business partners in determining project scope &
User Acceptance Testing, managing deliverables, testing, timelines, milestones, budgets and coordinating with
technical partners to ensure the delivery of cohesive solutions. Key initiatives include:
• Program Manager for Truncation Initiative, which addressed issues associated with processing, routing and reporting
of growing trade volumes and associated dollars - as a result of institutional, international and penny stock trading.

customers the ability to trade foreign securities on margin, made fully paid international securities margin eligible
and utilized margin trading within portfolio margin accounts.

• Effectively managed and solely responsible for a large team of employees and contractors tasked with developing a
critical accounting applications, the architecture, shared services components, performance testing and profiling, in
support of Fannie Mae’s Restatement and Servicing Investor Reporting programs, working directly with the business
partners to ensure the accountability, reliability and transparency required by Federal Auditing, the SEC, GAAP and
the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight. Software and applications utilized included Ab Initio, JAVA,
J2EE & Web Services, with a budget in excess of $3M, utilizing Agile Methodology and structures.
• A variety of infrastructure cost saving initiatives – Managed a team of application architects tasked with supporting
Fannie Mae’s core infrastructure re-engineering project, which produced a 75% reduction in execution & 60%
budget reduction opportunities, which was reported & presented to Senior Vice President and staff; Established
systems as a TruSecure ICSA Certified Security Associate, coordinated the upgrade of Veritas Cluster Servers; the
conversion of over 2100 Unix servers from the Network Information Service(NIS) to a Domain Naming Service,
Internet standards and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP); build out of UNIX servers and SANs in
compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley legislation; established Project Management best practices.
