BOUYGUES CIVIL WORKS FLORIDA

Port of Miami Tunnel and Access Improvements, Miami FL 12/2009 -

8/2014

Utility Manager responsible for all aspects of $650Million Dollar

Design Build Project to

construct two bored tunnels under Biscayne Bay for the State of

Florida Department of

Transportation. Responsibilities include:

. Design interfacing with project design firm, Jacobs Engineering

. Interfacing and coordinating with project Utility Agency/Owners

. Schedule development to support Tunnel Boring, Bridge and

Surface works

. Commercial and Claims development

. Interfacing with ground improvement subcontractors performing

grouting, shallow soil mixing, barrettes and cutter soil

mixing.

PERINI MANAGEMENT SURETY SERVICES PROGRAM

Vanderbilt Beach Road, Six Laning, Naples FL

August 2008 - May 2009

Close out manager for completion of contract for installation of new

and existing underground utilities on a new five-mile six-

lane roadway.

Aircraft Acoustical Enclosure, Beaufort, SC

June 2006- August 2008

General Superintendent and Site Safety Health Officer for completion of

a highly specialized, acoustical lined jet engine testing facility for

the Navy at the Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort.

Responsibilities included:

. Oversight of all phases of demolition of original structural

construction

. Site Supervision for all structural steel placements for the

enclosure, augmenter, and concrete placement at the exhaust

stack

. Engineering and coordination for all site, site utilities and

paving

. Start Up and Testing of all instrumentation, fire control systems,

fuel preservation system with NAVFAC project engineers

. Testing of F-18 Hornet, jet fighters with system functionality on

an active fighter air base.

Bartlett Pond Pump Station, Newburyport, MA

August 2005- May 2006

Construction Manager for developing construction division within Weston

& Sampson Engineers.

Responsibilities included:

. Managed all facets of Bartlett Pond Pump Station Project

. Involved with Design Build Development Team for waste water

treatment facility for Foxboro, MA state hospital

PERINI MANAGEMENT SERVICES PROGRAM January 05

Afghan National Army Brigade Facilities, Pol-e-Charki and Durualaman,

Afghanistan

Construction Manager for final acceptance phases on two, $200 million

dollar design-build projects for the Afghan National Army under

contracts with USACE.

Responsibilities included:

. Completion of prime power plant, base infrastructure, buildings,

electrical, HVAC, and finish hardware for final project acceptance

Contract Completion of Sewer Project, Holbrook, MA

Construction Manager - Responsible for installation, repairs,

restoration and start up of pump stations and close out of project.

in support of cut and cover main line tunnel construction for
