Objective - The entire project is divided into two parts

Understanding the dynamics of kitchen hood dealers across Chennai.

Understanding the dynamics of Institutional buyers (i.e. Promoters, developers…etc.)

The objective of the study is to find out the various pain points of dealers across Chennai and

to understand the buying patterns of institutional buyers. To understand the various factors

that influence their buying decision like margins, after sales service, product availability etc.

The project also includes studying the various pricing strategies of various competitors in the

kitchen hoods segment.
