. Receive damaged goods and scanned serial number into computer.

. Send e-mail to r.m.a. finance as well to customer returning damaged goods

stating unit has been received.

. Send damaged goods to test area to be evaluated.

. Place all good returned units from test evaluation into r.m.a. pool to be

returned to customer.

Q.C. INSPECTOR (2007-2010)

. Visually inspect crystal boules for cracks.

. Place boules into furnace to cure.

. Inspect boules after curing for more cracks then move them on to next

inspectors location.

. Print, dry, inspect and cure of thick film materials.

. Calibrate conveyor belt driven furnaces once a week.

. Measure all printed resistor values of different decades to make sure

that values are within range.

. Solder reflow on conveyor hot plate.

. Light maintenance on printing machines.
