eProcurement Team Lead for Gulf of Mexico Business
Leader of four-person team charged with all eProcurement requirements,
including Ariba support, catalog creation, and SCM processes. Represented
Gulf of Mexico Busines Unit as a Subject Master Expert (SME) in connection
with Corporate procurement technologies network. Participated in
development of new SCM process that shortens time required to add or
transfer funds between sub agreements and Ariba Service Orders (ASO)
arrangements.
Key Accomplishments:
. Conceived and lead project to migrate all contracts to unique structure
in Ariba ACW Module, allowing company to maintain unique repository for
all contracts, and to have ability to identify all contracts and
suppliers, assisting planning activities.
. Took leadership in deploying Ariba 9rt Project, acting as project manager
for Gulf of Mexico unit. Developed communication plan in partnership with
SCM and non-SCM managers, and created and delivered successful training
plan for 600 internal users and 800 suppliers.

eProcurement Specialist
Spearheaded P2P initiatives in Latin America business unit, which identify
gaps and opportunities for improvement in catalog utilization, timely
payment, and optimization of supplier and delivery scheduling in Brazil,
Venezuela, Argentina, and Colombia. Acted as Pr2Po Process Advisor for
Latin American. Supported and engaged suppliers as Argentina Ariba
eProcurement System Administrator. Also conducted budget planning and
control for SCM Argentina.

In posting to Chevron, acted as JDE Support Team Leader, and performed
accounting and tax analysis, revised financial processes including PtoP and
OtoC. Migrated JDEdwards Release XE to Release 8.11, and conceived
CitiDirect Plan to improve filing process with U.S. Treasury Department. In
Argentina, launched initiatives to standardize financial processes across
all Chevron locations.
