• Provide technical and engineering support for Supply Chain, Quality Assurance (QA) and Regulatory Affairs Departments

• Prepared Process Validation Reports by summarizing the in-process testing and QC testing results

• Troubleshoot the process deviations and drafted reports for that.

• Actively participate in lean manufacturing system such as 5s implementation.

• Managed and provided technical support for entire pigment manufacturing plant.

• Monitoring unit processes like diazotization, to activate coupling compound, coupling process, surface treatment process.

• Technical engineer for unit operation like filtration, drying, pulverizing, blending and in etp plant.

• Hands on experience with energy equipment like steam boiler, spin flash dryer, hot air generator direct and indirect, tray dyer and fully automatic gas train burner system

• To solve the grinding quality problem and increasing the capacity of production by shifting the grinding operation from hammer mill to air classified mill, which is closed and low dusting milling system.

• Worked on selection, installation and successfully utilize the spine flash dryer and tray dryer .

• Worked with 1500 size membrane filter press of 72 chambers with feeding and washing system with online ph meter and conductivity meter

• To lead and supervise the plant fabrication, erection and machinery installation, construction of building according to plant layout.

• Knowledge to analyze pigment in liquid ink such as Poly Vinyl, Poly Amide, Water Base, NC system to make ink, and study its rheological properties, and also for paint system.

• Using two roll mill and hydraulic press for check pigment for plastic application.

• Utilize Muller for primary testing of pigment.

• Performed analytical test for Salt content, Conductivity, Greet content, Nitrite value, Moisture

• Hands on experience with spectrophotometer for measurement of color deviation in product.
