responsible for a large portion of this growth. Currently, I manage
and direct a staff of 6 high performing medical personnel,

my efficiency, including knowledge of computer systems. This was a
very fast paced dental office with 3 doctors and 3 hygienist. I was
an Individual Contributor in this position and did not manage a
staff, however the technical knowledge and personal experiences I
learned were invaluable in preparing me for the leadership role in
my next position at O'Fallon Family Dentistry.
