< Supervision of day to day operation of pollution control unit such

Effluent Treatment plant (ETP), Incinerator Unit & strippers & handling

within statutory standards through practice of necessary guidelines.

< Carried out plant round to maintain environment standard in working area.

< Hazardous waste management including generation, storage & disposed as

per regulatory guidelines. Implementing waste minimization process & find

Co-incineration option for high calorific waste.

< Establishing, and maintaining internal systems and required documentation

as per Environmental Management System ISO-14001 & OHSAS-18001. And

reviewing policies/ procedures and working upon improving the same.

stipulated by Regulatory Authorities.

< Obtain various approval from pollution control board for establish &

operation of new project such as CTE (Consent to Establish) & CCA

(Consolidated Consent & Authorization). Compliance of its condition time

to time.

< Review & comments on various design document of Effluent Treatment Plant

such as PFD, PID, plot plant, Modol Review, cause & effect diagram,

logic preparation, control philosophy, GA drawing of equipments, piping

diagram etc.

< Handling two different packages, ETP supplied by OVIVO Finland with

primary, secondary & tertiary treatment & Incinerator unit supplied by

TSKE, Japan.

< Preparation of enquiry specification, tender floating, technical

evaluation and commercial evaluation of packages & contract documents.

< Day to day monitoring of project execution at site & follow up with

contractor to meet schedule time of project.

< Pre-commissioning & commissioning of ETP include FlooDAF unit, Fenton

Reaction, MMBR unit, clarifier & Dina sand/carbon filters.

< Acclimatize bacterial culture for MMBR & Aeration tank for removal of

organic compound.

< Supervision on day to day operation of ETP within stipulated standard of

pollution control board.

< Hazardous waste management within plant premises, adopt waste

minimization practice & dispose as per standards.

implantation of water conservation policy.
