. Perform case processing (according to ICSR) and ensuring that

the case is processed as per the source document by including

all elements reported by reporter.

. Coding the medications through WHO Drug Dictionary.

. Perform consistent coding of adverse events and medication

according to the project specific coding conventions through

MedDRA.

. Generating concise, accurate and well-written case narrative

(including study, spontaneous and case from health authorities.)

. Establishing the causality between the event and the suspect

drug from the source document, if provided or by employing

various methods of generating a valid causality.

. Data entering all the data elements in the database as per E2B

and performing an E2B validation check before the case is being

routed further.

. Brief knowledge on safety signal detection and aggregate safety

reports.

. A thorough knowledge of Argus Safety Database and the work flow

of PV utilizing it.
