During my 1450 hours of clinical experience in the Licensed Vocational Nursing PROGRAM, I
Performed duties equivalent to a Certified Nursing Assistant such as providing needs of patients which
include bathe, give oral hygiene, feed rub back and turn and position bed patients every two hours
And as needed, assist patients with ambulation and transferring. I take and record blood pressure, report
any abnormal findings to my Clinical Instructor and the charge nurse. I take and record weight and
height, measure and record the intake and output of fluids. I give cleaning and retention enemas and
laxative suppositories, assist ion the collection of laboratory specimens, collect and label specimens of
urine or feces for laboratory examinations. I observe, chart and report patients’ clinical symptoms,
