Check control panel, console, and indicator lights
Check auto-leveler for proper operation
Check for proper operation of canopy and related
components
Inspect cab rotation, sprockets, and drive chain
Check cab and rotunda curtain tension and cab
roll-up door
Check service door and stairs
Inspect for frayed or torn carpet and wall
coverings
Check flashing and seals: rotunda to building
Check lighting and related components
Inspection and lubrication of bearings, sprockets,
drive chains, equalizer cable, rotunda, and zerk
fittings on entire jet bridge
Perform daily operational check by running the
vertical drive to the maximum up and down position
Check vertical limit switches and if necessary
take out of column fault
Inspect ball screw and add necessary lubricant
Check and adjust vertical brakes
Lubricate hinged portion of cable lifting device
Check operation of horizontal drive and swing
limits
Check and lubricate tunnel rollers
Check operation of space limit switches
Check and adjust horizontal brakes
Lubricate drive chains, sprockets, and grease zerk
fittings on wheel bogie
Check tires for integrity and proper inflation
Check 400hz control panel for proper operation of
indicator lights
Load test 400hz unit to insure proper voltage and
amperage readings on all three phases
Head test 400hz unit to ensure it turns off within
the five second safety cutoff
Check 400hz cabinet for loose connections and the
cable for missing or worn hardware
Check the 400hz cable for wiring and a worn nose
connection
Check the hoist assembly cable and snap rings
Operate hoist to insure that the limit switch is
operating properly
Lubricate bearing and hoist cable
Clean potable water cabinet
Check potable water hose to insure that it has the
hose plug, hose bumper, and for any signs of
damage or leaks
Lubricate all zerk fittings and drive chain with
food grade grease
Replace potable water filter
Check lubrication levels on all reducers on
conveyor system
Lubricate all bearings, drive chains, and fire
doors
Check conveyor belt for proper tracking, tears,
and lacing
Check V-belts for cracks and proper tension
