7. Finalization of plant layout with equipment specifications

8. Checking of both 2D and Isometric piping drawings and checking as per the PID provided.

9. Calculation of the piping scope of the whole project as per the piping drawings provided.

10. Erection of about 3 lakh inch meter piping

11. Erection of instruments like control valves, flow-meters etc

12. Preparation & Implementation of SOP of every sections

13. Providing training to associates related to operation and equipment handling

• Production of Coal Tar Refined Products

• Production of Formaldehyde from Methanol

• Finalization of specifications of Finished Products as per customer demands

• Monthly Production Planning as per availability of resources and company targets

• Monitoring the Soft Water plant operation.

• Monitoring of Environment department-Carried out stack monitoring, COD& BOD test of given

water sample.

• Passed B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekananda Technical
