the largest independent manufacturer of 'Powertrains & Precision

Engineered products ' in India . in this company, production and assembly

facilities are available. Plant manufactures various precision engine

components including cylinder heads, cylinder blocks, crank shafts,

camshafts, connecting rods for engine and gear shafts and transmission

cases for automotive transmission. Excellent machine facilities For

critical casting and forging. And also available Heat treatment facilities.

Dewas Hydroquip Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1991 as a manufacturer of

hydraulic hose assemblies and hydraulic hose fittings. In 1997 Dewas

Hydroquip Pvt. Ltd. expanded activities in automotive and earthmoving

sector to cater to flexible and rigid tubing requirements of OEMs. In 2002

DHPL started manufacturing stainless steel corrugated flexible hoses and

hose assemblies to meet the requirements of refineries, steel plants and

other Industries. Since then DHPL has expanded its portfolio and customer

. Responsibility to ensure the job work item for hose assembly as per

work instruction.

. Responsible for Pre production planning.

. Responsible for maintaining the identification and status in every

machine.

. Guide & Motivate to the production team for good workmanship.

. To control and maintain the tact time of the product

. Responsible for Mass production as per specific requirement of

customer.

. Responsible For organized internal product & process.

. To ensure discipline and 5S on shop floor.

. To ensure quick response add corrective action to any problem related

man, machine, method and material.

. Work with operators to improve our manufacturing process & optimize

quality.

. Handling of Internal customer complaints & customer Return.

. Preparation of Production report & Over all equipment efficiency

(OEE).

. Conduct daily Production meeting for line rejection and customer

complaints.
