SAP COPA implementation
September 2000 to December 2001 - Technical ABAP developer
- Implemented Sales Order pricing procedure to capture the costing
information of a specific plant, used ABAP code in Formula
Assignment and Condition type, and along with SD configuration to
calculate the output price. This price is then transferred into
COPA through standard COPA functionality.
- Implemented a Material Master User exit to force the user to enter
Cost Center information into the standard MM transaction (MM0n).
Upon saving the transaction, if the Cost Center information is
missing, a dialog box would appear allowing the user to enter the
appropriate Cost Center information,
- Implemented Derivation rule and Substitution rule in a generic
format. A custom table was created to store generic rules of the
formula, if incoming data satisfies certain criteria, it will
select a rule and conduct calculations to store the information in
the custom COPA table (PA1000)
- Prepared transport procedure along with other developer and
configuration specialist.
